		I am here to serve you! Experience Have developed land Designed and built residences as well as commercial and industrial buildings Bought and sold homes, land, ranches and businesses in Germany, California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Montana and Minnesota. Owned commercial as well as industrial buildings and rentals Owned and helped run several businesses (Aviation and Machine Tool related) Held real estate licenses in Arizona, Oregon, Minnesota, North Dakota; I am now licensed as real estate broker in Montana and Wyoming. I founded my own business "Sky Lodge Properties, Inc." in June of 2003 and have offices in Red Lodge, Montana, and in West Central Minnesota. In January 2010 I started a division "Sky Lodge Investments, LLC." finding buyers and JV partners for mine and mineral owners. I grew up in Berlin, Germany (Zehlendorf), where my grandfather was an architect and my grandmother a real estate broker. They married in 1901 and my fate was sealed. I was trained in the arts of business management in Berlin and Hamburg. In 1976 I came across the pond starting off in Sedona, Arizona trying to communicate in English. In Los Angeles and Orange County my career in Real Estate began as a private investor and importing machine tools from England. I continued as a private developer on the Oregon coast, still dealing with machine tools, making my property management license and raising four children. In the year 2000 I moved to Flagstaff, Arizona, where I was taking up real estate as a full time profession. In 2002 we settled in Red Lodge, Montana and I started Sky Lodge Properties, Inc. in June of 2003, while helping my new husband with his aviation businesses. We sold the last FBO in 2008, and I am a full time real estate and mineral rights broker. My husband made his real estate license as well and helps me out. Since so many people had asked me about an inexpensive little farm to buy, I thought it would be a good idea to get licensed in Minnesota as well. So Mike Olson came to join us, who sells real estate full time in West Central Minnesota and North Dakota. Since the real estate business slowed somewhat, I went full time into the business of Gold, Coal and other investment opportunities. I went from "Montana here I come" to "Earth is the Limit" -let's get it done! Sky Lodge Investments, LLC. Is an independent Wyoming company. Specializes in arranging JV's and buy-outs for Gold, Coal and other Projects. Has contacts around the globe with investors.     Sky Lodge Properties, Inc. Is a real estate brokerage licensed in four states and maintaining two other websites: Minnesota Here I Come! and Montana Here I Come! which combined receive over 10,000 new visitors a month. Publishes a monthly newsletter with over 26,000 subscribers Cooperates with brokers world wide. 1% of my commission goes to the charity of YOUR choice, 1% to the local Boys and Girls Club and 1% goes into a scholarship fund for our High Schoolers.

I want to know if you can be with joy, mine or your own; if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful, be realistic, or to remember the limitations of being human. It doesn't interest me if the story you're telling me is true. I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to yourself; if you can bear the accusation of betrayal and not betray your own soul. I want to know if you can be faithful and therefore be trustworthy. I want to know if you can see beauty even when it is not pretty every day, and if you can source your life from God's presence. I want to know if you can live with failure, yours and mine, and still stand on the edge of a lake and shout to the silver of the full moon, "Yes!" It doesn't interest me to know where you live or how much money you have. I want to know if you can get up after the night of grief and despair, weary and bruised to the bone, and do what needs to be done for the children. It doesn't interest me who you are, how you came to be here. I want to know if you will stand in the center of the fire with me and not shrink back. It doesn't interest me where or what or with whom you have studied. I want to know what sustains you from the inside when all else falls away.
